توجه الرئيس وليد جنبلاط عبر حسابه على منصة X إلى وزير الخارجية الأميركي أنتوني بلينكن بالقول: "عزيزي السيد بلينكن، أنت تعلن أنك ضد التهجير القسري (للفلسطينيين من غزة) بينما ترفض وقف إطلاق النار الذي سيوقف سفك الدماء والترانسفير. وفي الوقت نفسه سيكون من غير المقبول أن تفرض على أنقاض غزة هذه السلطة العقيمة".
